For the longest time, Wet and Cold has always been in my load order. But so is ENBs.
The breath texture/mesh always bothered me how bright and unnatural they look in most ENBs. Thus I simply turned down the transparency of data\textures\wetandcold\breath.dds in Photoshop and made it much more subtle and to my taste.
Hope it'll work well for those who feel the same way.
