They can be found:

At Blacksmiths and General Goods Vendors.
Wielded by Bandits, Draugr, Forsworn, Vampires, and more.
In treasure chests across Skyrim.
As random loot.

Blacksmith's Hammer is located on Alvor's armor workbench.
Brain Pick, Scalpel, Soul Smasher, and Torturer's Pick can be found just outside Bleak Falls Barrow, at the top of the first set of stairs on a block.
Bronze Battle Horn cannot be found anywhere in Skyrim; it must be purchased from Obud or crafted. Requires Dwarven Smithing perk to craft.
Combat Pitchfork is next to the door outside Hod and Gerdur's House.
Deadly Fishing Pole is by the tree near Riverwood bridge, not far from the fish rack.
Farmer's Trident is at the entrance to Riverwood.
Forged Spears cannot be found anywhere in Skyrim; they must be purchased from Obud or crafted.
Hardwood Oar is next to the fish rack next to Riverwood Bridge.
Enthusiast's Hoe and Steel Shovel are outside Faendal's House.
Frying Pan and High-Quality Ladle are on the first floor of Bleak Falls Tower on the table. Giant's Club is up on the top level of the tower.
Sturdy Bottle can be found on the table behind the Riverwood mill. Requires Glass Smithing perk to craft.
Wench's Broom is on the front porch of the Sleeping Giant Inn. Reinforced Flute sits on a barrel at the bottom of the stairs.

(See screenshots)

Obud can normally be found near the entrance to Riverwood; though he does occasionally wander through town.
He is essential, and can be recruited as a follower who specializes in one-hand combat and levels with player at 1:1 rate from level 5 to 80.
He also sells a variety of other miscellaneous items, including some smithing/enchanting gear, supplies, and potions.
And he's got Riverwood's back in the event of a dragon attack.

Installation/Removal:

Install with your choice of mod manager, or install like any other mod.
Safe to install or remove mid play-through.

Incompatibilities:

None that I'm aware of. Always check for conflicting mods!

Known issues:

Fishing pole may clip into the ground while being worn due to its length.
Blacksmith's Hammer occasionally does wierd things on the workbench where it is found.
A few of the weapons may clip against player's hands while in 1st person view.
Soul Smasher and Bronze Battle Horn may clip into Player's armor.
