Quite possibly final unless it causes a bug. Edit- Turned out it wasn't final because it caused bugs, not in the game but in people's minds.
It is nothing big, just something that makes my head hurt fixed. I know, technically, a Redguard can go to Sovngarde if he or she led a life worshipping a Nordic pantheon (Shor, really) and died in battle and glory. But, I don't like it, so I altered it.
Ebony Warrior is now a Nord and he can go to Sovngarde for sure. (For the love of God, please don't soul trap the guy. He doesn't deserve that kind of persecution.)
