Slightly Better Imperial Shields
When I sarted my new run at Skyrim SE I spend many hours setting up a total immersion mod collection. (maybe I'll release my list soon) But I felt none of the mods out there did a good job on the Imperials except for the retexture of the light armors in the aMidianBorn pack. And no mod had achieved, in my opinion, good looking and immersive but also vanilla-loyal imperial shields. Therefore I did this really quick retexture, took me less than 10 min to do, so imperial troops look a little more imperial now. It's just a start. Maybe I will add on this and maybe not, but I felt this small thing was necessary.

What this mod does is basically improve a tiny bit the vanilla imperial shields to make them more true to the Skyrim world. I added a hand painted layer with the empire colors and made all modifications only in the texture so the mod is compatible with everything.
Future Plans:
I would like to keep on improving this first designs based on your feedback and maybe also creating new variants such as light, normal, heavy and officer shields and implementing them to the troops. But that also would increase the possibility of incompatibilites and such. We'll see.

Recommended Mods:
- Imperial Outfits by Prometheus_ts. I love those capes, they are the best ones I've seen for the imperial troops.
- aMidianBorn imperial light and studded by CaBaL (for Vanilla Skyrim, but as they are textures, can be extracted and used for SE)
