With one button operation, you can scrap items/spell/power/shouts to materials easily and quickly in inventory/magic menu.
You can scrap selected item all at once by long pressing recycling Key. Default Recycle key is Right-Alt.  You can change the key by MCM.

How to scrap Items
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.open inventory.
2.Select item entry (Place the cursor over item entry. you don't need to click a mouse.)
3.Press Recycle Key. (All at once by long pressing.)
4.When selected item is removed,  you gain materials.

How to scrap Spells/Powers/Shouts

1.open magic menu.
2.Select spell/power /shouts entry. 
3.Press Recycle Key. (you don't need to click a mouse.)
4.When selected spell/shout is removed,  you gain Soulgem/Dragonsouls.

Safety 
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-You can not scrap equipped/favorite items.
-You can not scrap ingredient, key, quest item, daedric artifact on Recycling mode.
-You can not  remove default spell/power. It is impossible to remove it by script. You need to remove it from actorbase/race by creation kit. 
-You can not  remove shouts that use in main quest / dungeon.
