What this mod does:
Scholar makes Skill Books act as normal books, they wont level your skills anymore.

Why:
I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I don't like skills being leveled even when I'm not using them, this prevents you from getting surprise leveled when picking up a random book.

Most mods are compatible, including the most popular ones.
