Your texture replacers will take effect for all vanilla-like content that has an extra mod texture that is not really necessary. But things like the rifton blood beer will of course keep the mod textures.

No. That would be 100% compatible without affecting them.
The real problem on the beyond project is rather the work on too many provinces at the same time, instead of concentrating the modder ressources on one of them. Especially such huge projects need constantly receiving enough results, but at the same time it becomes more unlikely. In my opinion, of course. It results in an impression of compensation especially in showcase videos. Similar to the TES Renewal project. Also the "when it's done" kind of approach is fatal for that. Of course all things have pros and cons...
