I like the look of these weapons but due to the lack of upgradeability they become useless pretty quickly as you level up.
You will need the steel smithing perk to craft both weapons. They will appear under "Misc" section when using the blacksmith forge. Both require silver ingots and leather strips to craft at the forge and silver ingots to upgrade at the grindstone.
