A simple Patch for letting you drink and refill Water with iNeed while maintaining Pure Waters visual changes

Very simple few edits to Water that are touched by both mods. This Patch makes you able to have iNeed Function to refill your Waterskin or drink water straight from the source while maintaining the looks of Pure Waters.
It's perfectly safe to use as isoku himself described that the several water entries only need a certain flag that water can "cause damage" for it to work.
This also won't take a space in your load order as it is ESL-flagged.
