All DLCs needed (hearthfire, dragonborn, dawnguard)


Quaint Cottage is down the hill(north) from Ivarstead and across the waterfall/from the troll den. Will have to travel there to fast travel. 

Inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-many various containers for safe storage
-enchanting, alchemy, cooking, and baking crafting
-several weapon plaques (for some reason staff doesn't like them so only the large display case on the wall can be used for staff, as it is only one that works for it)
-double bed for you and spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-one follower bed (same as above)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-some skulls because some kindaish theme-hagraven wannabe? Alchemist? Secret assassin? You decide

outside:
-crafting armor workbench, blacksmith anvil, tanning rack
-'stable' area for le horse
-lots of mushrooms to pick, flowers to pick, some wheat
-pretty scenery
-hagraven tent with two follower bedrolls (follower managing mod needed)
-a goodly amount of idles for followers
-some 'hidden' human bones... will you see them? what is going on? hmmm... (will post locations in screenshots)

there are no hearthfire planters, beds for kids, mannequins, bookshelves, and there is no smelter. I think that be all.
