Nihilism - A ReShade Preset
No other ReShade that I've tried suited my tastes, so i built one from the ground up.
I run Skyrim on Ultra with a GTX 1060, and did not want to compromise any settings when using this ReShade. I can still confortably run at about 60 - 75 fps with this one, and my GPU load only increased byu about 5%, but may vary with your machine.

*Note: I am using Darker Nights Mod, Realistic Lighting Overhaul, and True Storms*
Installation
1. Download the latest ReShade here, and download the shaders when prompted
2. Download my files from here and move to your Skyrim SE Directory (where the .exe is located)
Simple as that! If ReShade doesn;t immediately start up my preset, press Shift + F2 to open the ReShade UI.
On the Home tab, there's a path selection on the very top. Try selecting the drop down and selecting Nihilism.ini. If that sdoesn't show up, click the + button, and just type "Nihilism" and then hit reload or restart the game!
You can disable in game effect with Shift + V, or re-enable it
