Introducing Tytus Buvan. He is a Dunmer warrior waiting for you in the Frozen Hearth Inn in Winterhold.
Okay, honestly, Tytus is my test-subject. I created him to experiment with the Creation Kit. I figured I might as well figure out how to upload stuff on nexus mods using him, so I don't deprive you all of the fun. He has the vanilla follower dialogue, so nothing too complicated.
Tytus is a Dunmer warrior with a very keen interested in (ancient) Nord culture, which is why he has a complete ancient Nord armor and an ancient Nord sword. He is also very interested in the History of Winterhold. In his inventory, you will find a copy of "The Great Collapse" among other books.
Tytus will patiently drink his Juniper mead and wait for you at the warm fire of the Frozen Hearth Inn until you come and take him along on your adventures.
