This mod is a bunch of consistency changes, and bug fixes, to Skyrim Revamped - Complete Enemy Overhaul

Changes
Vanilla bugfixes:
  • Fixes The Reaper (Soul Cairn) Attack Data from NordRace to SkeletonRace. This prevented him from attacking at all.
  • Added ActorTypeGhost to many enemies that were missing it.
  • (Vanilla bugfix) Corrupted Shades and Shade of Malkoran were given the same resistances to poison and frost as skeletons.
SRCEO edits:
  • Dragonborn DLC's Reavers now have the same stats and perks as SRCEO Bandits (SRCEO doesn't actually touch them and they were kept the same as vanilla). In addition, two new tiers of reavers have been added to match SRCEO bandits progression.
  • Likewise, most ghost enemies have been updated to also have the same stats and perks as bandits of similar level. 
  • Vahlok now has Augmented Frost perk rather than Augmented Fire (he uses frost spells in SRCEO but had the wrong perks).
  • Added basic Destruction perks (Novice Destruction -> Master Destruction) perks to Dragonborn dragon priests (They were missing these perks compared to the ones from the mainland).
  • Added SSOForswornPerk to Forsworns that were missing it.
  • All Soul Cairn keepers now have the same level: 65. (2H variant was still leveled, while shield variant was level 60).
  • The Daedric arrows used by the Herne summon (which is conjured by various enemies such as Hagravens) can no longer be looted.
  • Removed Cyclone shout from Draugr Thralls.
