Celeste Elanali, High Elf Evoker  residing at Dragonreach in Whiterun, is now available as a follower. The author of The Sanguinista Threat is now ready to join your hero, buy your junk, and train you in Destruction magic.

She is a vendor with 5000 gold who will buy just about anything. She sells a selection of Destruction skill tomes and has a spell tome called Wave of Destruction. This spell deals both fire and shock damage to the target while knocking it to the ground.

As an Evoker, Celeste is all about the Destruction spells. As such, her magicka has been boosted to allow her to cast larger spells than normal. She is flagged as essential and won’t impact your stealth. Like my other followers, she does not have a Home AI, so she will stay wherever you leave her. This is useful if you want to leave her in one of your homes as a live-in trainer/merchant.

This mod also includes recipes to craft the Psiijic Robes as light armor. Each requires tundra cotton and a soul gem, depending on which piece, and are creatable at the tanning rack. They can be tempered using a leather strap at the workbench.

All of these mods are made using vanilla elements of the game, so they should not require any DLCs to use nor should they conflict with other mods. From testing them on my game, Celeste and my followers from other mods are Hearthfire-friendly and can serve as Stewards for your houses.
