This mod is a home-made conversion to Skyrim Special Edition of Akarnan's mod "Hearthfire Balconies". All credits to him for his very good work.
Features :
Add up to 144 planters (assuming you choose the planter set up for the 3 balconies of the 3 houses)
For each balconies you can choose 4 set-ups
Arbor (add 2 planters)
Fountain (add 2 planters)
Planters (add 16 planters)
Default (Orginal Heartfire furnitures)
You can add Dragon Priest Mask displayers to the Fountain set up
You can choose the balcony furnishing you want on the house worbenches
