Hi everyone. Having taken stock of everything in my life at the moment, I've decided to go on indefinite hiatus from Skyrim modding. I'm letting you all know so that you will understand that I won't be responding to any comments, bug reports, or messages for the foreseeable future. If you'd like to make a third party patch or translation of one of my mods, you may feel free to do so and release it.

I have appreciated all of the affection many of you have shown towards my work, and hope that many more will in the future.

    - Obs.

Alternatively you can use xTranslator, but you'll have to repeat for each plugin

I often get asked how people can donate to support me, and that's appreciated, but there's people who need donations and support far more than me. So if you've ever considered donating, I hope you'll consider lending a hand to the victims of systemic racism in America and the people fighting against it, with their lives and freedom at stake, right now.

    Every little bit helps.

Ahh, Fallout 4. No wonder I didn't find it.
      Thanks for that!

Nice idea. I tested if it can replace single word in descriptions, but it doesn't seem to work!

"...but it doesn't seem to work! "
Because you are doing something wrong ...

Personally, I have been using this script for several weeks without any problems.

Thanks for the guide! I knew Bethesda Toolkit, but that thing with delta patches helps a lot! I am mantaining 4 esp files which change descriptions, so when I find and replace things in one esp, delta patch is awesome to show conflicts in all 4 of my esp files, so I can easily forward the changes.

I hope everyone's staying safe and healthy out there. I'm under quarantine so I have a bit more time on my hands than usual. I'm mostly playing Skyrim, yes, actually playing it, but I can't help but fuss and fiddle around in plugins or the game's files.

I probably play the game TOO much myself. If I didn't I probably would have had this tool released much sooner since I came up with this idea years ago and just been working on in in small pieces here and there.

I was sure they wouldn't put spaces in any filenames... but they did! Thanks. :)

I sense a ginormous compatibility nightmare with all this, especially in heavy load orders, but sounds great regardless! It could possibly be done with a SSEedit script only.

An xEdit script would be perfect! But for those of us who haven't learned (yet) how to write those kinds of scripts, this is more accessible. :)

there are such scripts already in xEdit.
after right click on record and apply script look for rename full id and full name
there's one where you can change the variables it looks for in the script code, super easy
