Update to mod page on July, 2023: Leianne has sadly passed away at age 61 in July 2023, losing a battle to lung cancer.
From now on she'll be smiling on us from Sovngarde. See sticky post for details.

UPDATE:
2.0 Version changes:  You can now make blankets and place them into the chests of the bedrooms and they will appear on the beds.
Note: When switching the children's room to the follower room (or vice versa) REMOVE the blankets before changing the rooms.
- changes also include additional options for your feature display in the basement - a new dragon, new dwemer and a new animal to choose from.
- the basement is completely navmeshed and your followers / children should be able to use this area easily.
- the cut produce plate can be used to store your cut produce on the prep table.

Winterview - a player home that you can purchase from the Dark Elf Falmon Feldain (voiced).
He is the caretaker of this home, and has been authorized to sell it.  This home includes the following:
  • working furniture includes; spinning wheel, coffee grinder, coffee pot, cooking pot, oven, shower, toilet, soap pot, imbuing station, smelter, forge, tanning rack, blade sharpening wheel, armor working table, enchanter, alchemy station, staff enchanter.  The soap pot is located outside between the two entry doors.
  • half the upper floor is devoted to plant beds where you can plant all your regular food and ingredients plus; blackberries, blueberries, corn, grapes, lettuce, onion, orange, peach, pear, radish, raspberry, rice, strawberry, sugarcane, watermelon, green apple, red apple, alkanet, blessed thistle, cairn bolet, clouded funnel, dominica redwort, elf cup, emetic russula, green stain cup, magus mint, milk thistle, summer bolet, wormwood, motherwort, garlic, tea leaves, coffee, and tomatoes. To start you off with your gardening, there will be some "winter" food and ingredients available in the chest.
  • the main floor has some planters for you as well - however you can NOT plant trees on the main floor, as their leaves will poke through the ceiling - so no orange, apple, pear, peach trees on the main floor. There is a SMALL orange tree on the main floor - but if you planted one it would be much larger.
  • this house will provide a home for up to six orphan children - if you use the hearthfires adoption mod and the "Bless Home" spell.  There are toys, beds, target dummies etc. for them to play with.  You can also choose to have a Companion bedroom which will accommodate four companions
  • there are several mannequins on the main floor to display your favorite armor.  There are more display options in the basement, more specifically for trophy items. Mousing over the display rack / table will show a name that indicates what it will display ... ie: mousing over the rack immediately upon entering the basement will show you the rack is for "Rueful Axe - Sanguine Rose - Volendrung" display.  Putting these items "into" the display will have them appear on the rack. There is a daedric display with a "note" on the table, listing ALL the items that showcase will display.
  • if you make a meal in the oven, place it in your inventory - then sit at the table ... your meal will be removed from your inventory and be placed on the table in front of you.  If you have multiple meals in your inventory when you sit at the table - you will be presented with a menu to choose from instead.
  • you have a cow and chickens - the cow can be milked daily and the chickens will provide you with eggs daily as well.
  • in the basement, there is a trophy pedestal where you can choose from various Dragon, Dwemer and Animal options to display as a "feature" trophy.

NOTE: This mod has all the features of the other View homes I've created - HOWEVER -  it is a standalone and does not require WaterViewSkyrim.  If you DO have  WaterViewSkyrim as a master -there will be a duplication of all recipes, foods and ingredients ... now prefixed with the word "winter".  The "winter" items will only work in Winterview.  For example, you will have WV Blueberries AND Winter Blueberries - but only Winter Blueberries will be plantable in Winterview.
