Unlimited Shouting
This mod allows you to reduce the cooldown of shouts without using the console.
Make sure to select an option from the configuration menu located under Magic → Powers.
The mod does nothing if you don't select an option.
Requirements and Compatibility
It requires only the base game Skyrim: Special Edition, and is compatible with everything.
Installation and Uninstallation
You can install it by dropping the Unlimited Shouting.esp and Unlimited Shouting.bsa files in your Skyrim Special Edition/Data folder, or by using NMM.
Uninstall by deleting the Unlimited Shouting.esp and Unlimited Shouting.bsa from the Data folder, or by using Vortex.
Version 1.1 comes with a configuration menu. In the menu you can select between five levels of reduction: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% or 0%.
(0% only removes the reduction coming from this mod, things like the Amulet of Talos will still reduce your cooldown.)
