Welcome to the sixth interior overhaul in the JK's Whiterun interiors series for SSE.
You can turn off the Numinex hanging skeleton and revert his skull back to the vanilla position on top of the Jarl’s throne if you prefer, by activating the Dragon stone decoration on top of the shelf in Farengar’s studio (check the last 4 pics on the images tab for reference).
Now go explore, there's a little more to see than shown in the images!
The ESP has been cleaned with the SSEEdit auto clean feature and flagged as an ESL, so it doesn't count towards the ESP limit.
Big kudos to Teabag86 for the Numinex switch toggle feature, testing and ideas.

    Known issues:
If you've added this mod to an existing save then you won't be able to complete Farengar's Enchanting Tutorial Quest. Use the console command "setstage tutorialenchanting 20" to remove the quest from your journal. If you start a new game or have already completed the quest on an existing save then this won't be a problem.

May have already been answered but...the window lighting and shadows in the kitchen, they turn on and off depending on how far you are from them? is there a fix for this?

For some reasons in the upper room, near the civil war table where you climb to get the first dragon quest it is PITCH DARK.

Hi, could you fix the compatibility with the mod: GoT The Black Dread Skull Replacer.
    Thanks you.

Was pulling my hair out trying to find crash that happens completly randomly and not always. Turns out its either lux or parallaxgen but removing all nifs that started with WRIntCastlePlatStairs from lux and parallaxgen seems to have fixed the issue.

I just want thank you for update. I had huge fps drop because of steel plate armor. Only if you could optimize your other mods like jk Skyrim it will be great

It's strange. All of jkrojmal's interior extensions have baths, but this one doesn't.

You're wrong. Only some of them have baths, and most of them are inns and guild headquarters. But you can download Snazzy Interiors - JK's Dragonsreach, it adds a bath to JK's Dragonsreach.

Glad the steel armor frame drop issue was finally fixed. It was minor issue but annoying when walking into them on accident

Lux Orbis doesn't recognize the all in one so now I have to go and individually download each JK file just to get the esp.

What do you mean? There's no all in one for interior JK's mods as well as outskirts.

So, I'm asking this purely as a matter of curiosity. I don't expect anything to be done about it, I don't even know if it's this mod causing the issue (though it seems likely, as I have no other mods that touch Dragonsreach aside from Fonts of Disenchanting) and I am aware that (so far as I know) this mod doesn't change anything about the Great Porch.
All that said, I have recently noticed that when looking at the Great Porch doors from the Porch itself, they're not aligned with the doorframe. Specifically, they're a little higher than the frame, so the very tops of the doors can't be seen and there's a visible gap underneath them maybe big enough for a man to stick his arm under.
I should stress that the doors still work absolutely fine, I can get in and out with no trouble at all, they're perfectly normal on the inside and having seen this on multiple fresh playthroughs, I can confirm that this isn't a case of things being baked into the save. It's just weird.
I didn't see anyone mention it in the bug reports, so I figured I'd try here. Anyone have any idea what's up?

It could be another mod is either adjusting the position of the doors or altering the door mesh. Your best bet is to use More Informative Console to see which mods are editing the base door or that specific reference. If the issue is entirely mesh-related, MIC won't necessarily show which mod is involved, but your mod manager probably can.

JK's Dragonreach doesn't edit that mesh or the Great Porch cell though, so I wouldn't expect it to be involved.

Ah, I probably should have mentioned that I'm playing on Xbox. Knew I'd forgotten something! Thing is, I'm actually fairly certain the only thing I've got that would (logically) affect doors is SMIM and possibly Ruins Clutter Improved (but don't quote me on that!). Everything else I've got that should touch doors are pure textures.
Still, as I say, it's not actually a problem and I can still use the door just fine. Just would have been nice to know what lifted it up! Thanks for the help anyway.

I have a question.  I'm using Sigils of Skyrim https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/54108?tab=files and the banners in this mod remain unchanged.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

No idea. JK's Dragonsreach doesn't modify the banners in any way, all new ones are the regular Whiterun banners.
