This simple mod disables annoying random attacks in Dawnguard and HearthFires:
No random attacks at self-build properties;
no random encounters with Dawnguards or Volkihar vampires in cities and wilds;
no random undead assaults during eclipse;
no more Volkihar vampires or Dawnguards lurking at the rival faction's base entrance (this one is extremely annoying because it persists even after the Dawnguard questline is finished ).
Note: 1) If this mod is installed in a mid-game, some random attacks might still occur due to run on quests; they'll cease to happen once they are done.
2) This mod uses Timescale as a condition and will cease to function if Timescale is set to 0. But since setting Timescale to 0 breaks the game, it is highly unlikely anyone or any mod would do that.
Install, uninstall, and compatibility: This mod touches only vanilla contents and is script-free; thus, it is absolutely safe to install or uninstall in a mid-game. Compatible with every mod that does not modify these quests, put this mod at a lower load order should there's any doubt.
