Jenassa is a dunmer mercenary, and is presumably a native of Morrowind. This mod causes her to use chitin armor.

There are two versions of this mod, which work best for different situations.

The first version sets Jenassa to use a newly created chitin outfit. If you are not using a mod that lets the various mercenaries use their unused outfits such as Cutting Room Floor, this is the version you want to use. It will require patches to work with NPC replacers such as Bijin.

The second replaces the unused "JenassaOutfit" with chitin. If you are using a mod that lets the various mercenaries use their unused outfits such as Cutting Room Floor, this is the version you want to use. If you have already properly patched NPC replacers such as Bijin to work with such mods, you will need no additional patches when using this version of the mod. This version does not touch Jenassa herself, only the outfit, providing maximum compatibility.

Both versions are flagged as ESL files and will not take up a slot in your load order.

Compatibility

The first version of this mod, "Jenassa in Chitin" changes Jenassa to use a chitin outfit over a leather one. It will require patches for other mods that modify Jenassa.

The second version of the mod, , "Jenassa in Chitin - Outfit" changes only the unused "JenassaOutfit" to be chitin. It is intended to be used alongside mods such as Cutting Room Floor, otherwise you will see no effect. If your load order is already properly patched, additional patches will not be needed for this version of the mod.

Do not use both versions of the mod. It won't break things, but it will be pointless and you will look like an idiot.
