I was always pretty tired of having a limit of 5 for one skill per level but never went into the creation kit since I figured it might be rather difficult, for others who think so I'm uploading this(it really ain't difficult tho), originally it isn't to max out skills easily it is more so that you can have more freedom in learning more different skills per level if you got the gold.

How to install/uninstall

You can use any mod manager to install this mod
For manual installations take the TrainingLimit.esp and move it the data folder and enable it in-game.
