This mod has been merged into my "Small Replacers" all-in-one, check it out here to save some plugin slots. All screenshots were taken with a slightly tweaked Rudy ENB in LE.
They're all compatible :) I would say most (or all) NPC overhauls are, because they don't interact at all with each other. So yes they're compatible because there are no conflicts, but a mod like the one you mentioned will not apply physics to the hair of NPCs
Everything is "attached" properly but if you mess around like this with a mod, things will get ruined. You'll need to make a patch if you want to make edits to an overhauled NPC
I'm sorry I didn't test well and didn't trust Pandorable. If you want Maven & Ingun to not be bald, if you have Bijin All-In-One - Hair Physics, you just Place it on top of this mod. Thank you Pandorable for reminding me. How can I forget such a simple thing?
I use KS Hairdo for NPC which affects all NPCs. But somehow, only Maven and Ingun are usually bald in my game. I think it has something to do with this mod. Any ideas?
I have the same issue, with a few other women bald. When I download a relevant Pandorable mod, the women have their hair. I don't want all of my women modded, I want some a little bit more natural looking...were you ever able to fix this without downloading a new mod?

Outfits: red dress from divine elegance store, black outfit from witcher 3 female armors, necklace from leah lilith jewelry.
p.s love your overhauls
This makes me wonder, is the hair attached properly or uses a different slot altogether so it gets overridden by other mods?
With that said, I'm using a different replacer for Maven (Syl's), and changing her race didn't made it disappear.
