Hmm... so he has a neck seam as in the actual texture between his head and body isn't matching up, or his skin tone doesn't match? Would you mind sharing your load order/modlist through something like Modwatch if possible, please? Thanks!
Also, I know you said you have all the patches, but the link to the COtR x SAM Light Texture Add-On patch on the mod page is outdated, so I was wondering if you managed to get it already. That's one of the only reasons I could imagine why there might be a neck seam? Hey, I'm not at my main PC right now, so I'm just typing this from memory, but I hope this helps hahaha
In SSEEdit, you'll need to flag the COR_AllRace.esp as an ESM (File Header > Record Flags > Edit > Ignore Warnings > Check the ESM box > Exit SSEEdit, then choose to save the ESM-flagged COR_AllRace when it prompts you to.)
Then, load up CK, load up COR_AllRace by double clicking it and then clicking on Set as Active File then OK, and create a follower as normal from this point on. If you need any further help, feel free to PM me.
I've converted to CotR and if you insist on adding amazing looking followers, please, please consider adding an ESL version as an option. Losing a slot to an individual follower these days is an load list sacrifice exercise.
Thank you so much... I added a pic for Nico. He does look amazing, just wish I could get my character to look as good as your presets. When I find Ivan I will add some pics too.

Oh, you're in luck! What if I told you Ivan was a preset before he ever became a follower?
