In light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic I made this simple download for all of us who frequent NexusMods to help support international medical charities that are a part of NexusMods's Donation Point system: Doctors without Borders and the Red Cross.
This file contains a Main Menu replacer that you'll see once you've loaded the game.
To install simply unpack the file contents into your data directory.
You are free to share this mod, port it to other games, etc. The only requirement is that any and all download points are directed to the NexusMods's charitable Donation Point options.
