Adds the Tomes from Witchhunter to world leveled list of tomes, and dragons.
With an escalating chance from tomes and a flat 20% chance of Dragons to have one.
With optional files that also remove some or all of the books from vendors.

Patch is an ESL Flagged ESP.
One big note here, unlike the base mod, you need a bashed/smashed patch for this to work.
Requires Witchhunter in its entirety.
