Overhaul some perks, spells and abilities in the mod Sacrosanct.

Affected perks:

Dragon At Midnight
(renamed Child Of The Midnight Sun): No immediate effect, but having it will enhance many end-tiers vampires perks and spells, at the cost of slowly depleting your stamina and magicka reserves when blood-starved and outside. If you have no stamina and magicka remaining, then you'll start to lose health. Additionally, if you are parched but not Blood-starved, the sun will still reduce your magicka and stamina regeneration by 25%  (even if you have the daywalker perk). However, these effects can be negated if you avoid the light of the sun and walk in shadowed environment.

Celerity: for mastering the martial abilities of the vampire lord, when outside at night, you now also regenerate 1% of your Stamina per seconds (doubled if you have the Child of the midnight sun perk)

Blood Storm: for mastering the arcanic abilities of the vampire lord, when outside at night, you now also regenerate 1% of your magicka per seconds (doubled if you have the Child of the midnight sun perk). Additionally, the spell wil inflict no damage to your current followers.

Wings Of The Strix: you now also take no fall damage in mortal form.

Maelstrom: You also gain a lesser version of the Raze spell as an expert level destruction spell (Unless you have the Child Of The Midnight Sun perk, the spell's magnitude will be decreased by 25%)

Tremble: You gain a passive ability in mortal form that,  when your health fall below 50%,  lower the combat skills of all enemies within a 10 ft radius(15 with Child Of The Midnight Sun perk) by 20 points (30 with Child Of The Midnight Sun perk).

Affected Spells:

Nightwalk:
Now turn you into an invisible mist that move faster and can't be seen but can still very much be harmed. While in this form, you lose 15 points of magicka per seconds. Casting the spell again or attacking will end the effect. However, if you run out of magicka while the effect is active, beware! You will be severely weakened for a short period (in gameplay terms, for 20 seconds, you'll lose 200 points of armor, 50% magic resistance, 50% damage output, won't regenerate stamina or magicka, and you will lose 5 unresistable points of health per second). Additionally, the debuff applied have a "loud" sound (unless you have the illusion perk that negate spell sound), so every foe you walked past while shadowed may be suddenly alerted of your presence. Have fun!

Amaranth: The duration is doubled if you have Child Of The Midnight Sun perk

Other misc changes:

Potence:
The damage buff is now lowered to 15% increased physical damages and 30% increased critical damages when sated  and 10% physical and 20% critical otherwise

Wicked Wind: The visual effects on teleporting have been altered to look similar to the vampire lord's "bat form" power. It's a purely aesthethic change.

Eyes Of The Predator: You gain a 10% bonus to sneaking, pickpocketing and sneak attacks against highlighted targets.

Blood Bond->Exquisite pain: your Hemomancy spells linger for up to 60% longer based on how much time has passed since you last fed. (Warning: due to the way formlists works in this game, this will only work if you start a new game with this mod. Otherwise, while the description will be altered, you'll still get the Blood Bond ability)

Vampire Stages: As you spend time without feeding, thus falling more and more prey to the curse of undeath, healing spells and potions used on you will have their potency reduced by 25% if you're Thirsty, and 50% if you're parched, forcing you either to feed as often as possible, or to rely on alternate ways of regaining health, like the vampiric drain spell and the Starving Artist Perk.

New age reward: Walk Among The Dead: As you grow more and more starved and further distanciate yourself from the world of the livings, Undeads will have more difficulty to perceive your presence (in gameplay terms, for each day you spend without feeding, you gain a bonus of 10% to sneaking and sneak attacks damages to undead, starting at 10% when sated, and up to 40% when blood-starved). Note, like the above, you'll have to start a new game if you want to see it in the list of age rewards, as I have no idea how to update formlists mid-game. Sorry.
