I know I'm a bit late but this isn't the mod authors fault. If you read the MCM FAQ you'll find out there's a console command to reset the MCM menu and it'll decompile all data (but still keep your changes and options saved) from every mod that activates it and recompile all the data to allow all the options to resolve.
I not only recommend this when you don't see mods that use the MCM but I also recommend saving and using this as you do a playthrough of the game because it will reveal mod conflicts that show up as you progress through the game. That's the tricky thing with mods. Everything can be perfect at the start or even through 48 hours of gameplay, but eventually there might be something that acts up and ruins your game. Resetting the MCM can resolve this usually. You might lose that mods functionality but at least you can still play the game.
There is actually a conflict between Frostfall and Wearable Lanterns that resetting the MCM fixes. Someone might have a patch but there's no harm to your game by resetting the MCM. It's actually beneficial.
