The Crown of the Archmage is an upgraded version of the Diadem of the Savant. Increases how much it already decreases spell costs while also fortifying/strengthening your spells. Can be created at the Atronach Forge when you have the Sigil Stone by using the Diadem of the Savant and 1 of every flawless gem in the base game (this way you won't be able to get it too early, as it is kinda strong) or you can just add it via console command.
