Q: Performance? A: Should be better than average because ENB AO is not used. For reference, this mod makes my game run at around 30fps outdoors and 50fps indoors on GTX 960 with SkyrimSE settings set on medium, 1080p, no TAA. If you need better performance, consider disabling ENB Lens effect to squeeze extra 5fps if you don't mind losing some lens effects.
Q: Patches for X, Y, and Z mods? A: Not from me, but anyone is free to make them.
Q: Night-eye or imagespace modifiers support? A: Yes.

- Bad brightness levels, weird logo sun lens flare or most effects are disabled. This is usually caused by bad installation of ENB binaries. Typically happens when you extract everything from the archive from enbseries website. To fix this, you need to clean your game of all ENB files and redo the whole installing procedure from scratch, this time following the instructions from mod description exactly as told.
- Using torches in first person darkens the screen way too much. This is caused by ELFX, it does something to torches that makes ENB's Adaptation think there's a sun in your face and tries to compensate for it.
- Ambient Occlusion is way too strong. This is a mod conflict, some mods include AO settings in their INI. Since they are in other mods, I have no control over them, you have to delete those AO lines from their INIs yourself. Those INIs have the same names as their plugin filenames. To see which lines, check Compatibility section in Mod Description.
- Characters are too dark. You are probably using the shaderbundle file from ENB Helper SE. I adjusted SSS without having it installed to keep things simple and not have extra file requirement. Try disabling shaderbundle if you have it installed and enabled.
- Some areas are too bright. Caused by bad Region boundaries which means that in these areas the game is running the snow region weathers which are brighter by design (to compensate for Adaptation from bright snow) instead of running the proper weathers that are meant for grassy regions. I suspect it can be fixed by changing Region boundaries, but AFAIK, that causes Cell edits which I'm staying away from. It's a vanilla issue.
- Sometimes it rains in snowy regions or snows in grassy regions. Same reason as above, bad Region boundaries.
I've been trying to track down which mod in a recently installed collection is adding ugly water drops and cartoony specular shading to my character every time I exit from water. I don't have RASS / Wet and Cold / WetFunction Redux installed and so I was wondering if this mod is that cause. Can anyone confirm this?
Reshade doesn't change any data in the game, it is more a color correction tool, so yea it is compatible with everything. You just have to tweak it, so it will fit color wise.
hi, when out of DoF, mountains tend to have these purple blotches on them. Any idea what it could be? Thank you. Despite this issue, I think I found my favorite ENB preset, at last. Well done :)
FYI GUYS if the game looks super bloomy and bright and you did everything right, REMEMBER TO CHANGE YOUR INGAME BRIGHTNESS SETTING BACK TO THE MIDDLE. I spent an entire day looking for fixes and forgot about that
My guy, you are a saint. For a solid hour I was convinced I was a complete imbecile and didn't know how to follow instructions to save my life. Then I stumbled upon your post and all my problems were solved. Thank you.
Had to disable some of the heavier effects and 'somewhat' replace them with Nvidia shaders, but even cut down, this is the best my game has ever looked.
