Custom-enchanted and tempered items now work! You can sell ~any~ weapon or armor and it may show up on an NPC.

Standardized the equipment rates; now they're largely 50% to get one item, 25% to get two. Exceptions for bosses, who may get up to 3 items.

Script update: Improved how the mod treats tempered and enchanted items. Tempered items have their temper removed before stowing. Custom enchantments should now be filtered out, preventing a crash.

Added branching logic to handle stowing of vanilla enchanted, custom enchanted, tempered, and regular items. Regular and Vanilla enchanted items (such as Unique Items) work perfectly, but merchants now refuse to buy tempered or custom enchanted items.
