im not sure if it runs better than ENBs i can only suggest you try it yourself, though in the reshade settings once you have the reshade and the preset setup you can up the performance by turning the samples quality down on differant shaders such as MXAO, you can also put reshade in performance mode. honestly i dont have much experiance with enbs and dont know how well they run, i do know that reshade can hit your performace if your on a less powerfull computer, i guess if you can run skyrim in the max settings you should be able to run reshade with it just fine, are you also using other graphics mods? (textures mods etc)
