About this mod
The rain splahes from Wonders of Weather look very white with ENB (even with the less opaque version).
So this Mod replaces them with a even less opaque (more transparent) version.

You can chosse from multiple levels of transparency. All options are packed into a fomod installer.
Wonders of Weather is obviously required.
Install with a mod manager.
You have to test yourself which option works best for you. I personally use the 95% option with Rudy ENB.
I just edited the alpha level of the "dropsplash.dds" file in gimp and made multiple versions of it with different alpha levels.
If you want any other transparency option you can tell me in the comment section.
