Dang, I was hopeful I found something that would patch out the frost river farm with this mod since it affects that area (?) but I guess it was a shot in the dark. I have been looking for days for anything that would do this even if they had the original intention of the patches being used for other mods as I am currently unable to find one like this. I need something like that as a way to make two different player home mods usable. I guess I will just have to delete all of my saves and uninstall cutting room floor completely as I have honestly ran out of hope for keeping it. I appreciate you doing work on mods regardless so I will endorse anyway even if this wasn't what I was looking for.
