Orcs: Orcs have increased defenses when they health drop belo half (25% damage resist, 1.5 combat regen multi), magic resistance (+10) and increased power attack damage (+25%).
Bretons: Bretons have high magic resistance (20%) and a chance to absorb spells (20%). They have bonus magicka (50) and spell cost reduction (20%)
Argonians: Argonians have increased health regeneration (1.0 multi, 5 health restoration/sec), swimming speed (+100%), disease and poison resistance (100%, 95%).
Altmers: Altmers have faster magicka regeneration (+1.0 multi, 5 restore magicka/sec), more magicka (100), take less damage when casting a spell (-5%) and have high resistance to diseases (75%).
Bosmers: Bosmers have increased movement speed (20%), armor penetration (25%), disease resistance (50%), poison resistance (75%) and reduced fall damage (25%).
Dunmers: Dunmers have increased fire resistance (75%) and chance (30%) to ignore physical damange.
Imperials: Imperials are well balanced, have increased speechcraft (+50), find more gold on adventures and have increased atributes (+ 25 M/H/S, +0.5 multi)). Also they have reduced power attack cost (-10%)
Khajiits: Khajiits have increased sneak skill (+50), higher critical (*2) and unarmed damage (20).
Nords: Nords have increased frost and shock resistance (50%, 25%), they are also highly skilled with the Thu'um (+20% shout magnitude, +20% shout cooldown reduction)
Redguards: Redguards have increased disease and poison resistance (75%), increased stamina and stamina regeneration (1.0 multi, 5 stamina restoration/sec), also reduced power attack cost (-30%).
