Unlimited shouting without the mod. This is a "bat" file that will console command an enchanted necklace that will completely reduce shout times into your inventory. Just stick the "bat" file in your game folder and use console command "bat talos1". More info in description.

I was playing around with console commands for fun and wanted to make a better Amulet of Talos without having to use an esp so I was toying with 'playerenchantobject' command.
So I looked up the IDs for the enchant and came up with this command string "playerenchantobject 00087835 0008850D 0008850D".
It was intended to be a gold necklace with 2 fortify shouts 20% enchants but it does a lot more than 40% reduction. The effect is only active while wearing necklace so it will not bake into save or effect other NPCs.
I've been experimenting a lot recently on ways to alter the base game without esp files. This is one of the better weird experiments I found.
If you know how to use console commands you don't need to DL this just use the same command.
