I tested this mod with JK Skyrim SE version and all seemed fine.    There is a version that works beautifullly with  Skyrim Flora Overhaul and is the one I suggest if you are going to be using  that mod.
This mod has been cleaned with SSEedit and converted through the Creation Kit to form 44

SpiritWalker888 has graciously allowed me to port this for SE and given very generous permissions.   The one stipulation is that it not be reuploaded to any other sites making this a Nexus Exclusive.  All content belongs to SpiritWalker888 and whoever he credits.  My only role here was porting to The Special Edition so he should get all your credits.

I will be porting Another Skyrim - Whiterun only when/if I get permission from its Author.  I have sent him a message and hopefully you will see it up soon.  All the links below are from the original page and not for the Skyrim Special Edition.
