- Added Location based system for commands(INI/ENB/Console). New VRFpsStabilizerLocation.ini is installed for this. You can enable it from that ini. Based on player's location, one of five locational choices are selected and applied. Default, Best, Good, Bad, Worst settings can be adjusted and locations can be added by their location names. This feature supports EngineFixesVR>TreeLODReferenceCaching and OpenComposite.
- Added support for IMOD> commands for conditions. You can apply any ImageSpaceModifier at any strength now based on conditions using esp-formid. Usage: Space|IMOD>espname-formid = strength
- Added support for InCombat and OutOfCombat conditions.
- Fixed a bug that caused Shadow Distance change to cause a visible dark circle around the player. fShadowDistance changes now work as intended.
- Time conditions will not require a cell change to get applied anymore.

- Added CPU Late Start prevention by adjusting fLODFadeOutMultActors and fLODFadeOutMultObjects settings on the fly. There are settings in the ini to adjust the way its done and min-max amounts, as well as modifiers for riften and other cities.
If you choose to use CPU Late Start prevention, make sure to adjust those values to your liking. - Added support for additional ini settings like fShadowDistance, fInteriorShadowDistance, iShadowMapResolution, bTreesReceiveShadows, iMinGrassSize for levels.
- Added [NewGame] section in the ini to run console commands when a new game event is detected (Not compatible with alternate start mods unfortunately).
- Added [Conditional] section in the ini to run console commands when user is in Interior/Exterior space and at a specific time of day period.
- Added experimental Dynamic Resolution support (disabled by default).
- Added three different choices for each intensity to the fomod, separated by CPU late start ON/OFF setting for people who want to use the new ini settings.
- Fixed a bug that caused GrassChange setting to disable the grass when it shouldn't have.
- Level settings are adjusted, so they would preserve more distant detail even with low inis.

- Levels are now dynamically loaded from config. You can have as many levels as you want as long as you set the name of the level like this: [Level#]
- Added GrassChange setting to ini (on by default) which disables grass in cities and interiors. This gets me 1-2 ms less frametime in Whiterun for example with zero visual difference.
- Added an additonal console command running stage: [AfterLoadGame] #Runs after a saved game is loaded and Player is in a cell

For example use it in only level 5 so it gets turned on an off when passing that level. Usage: TOGGLE>command Example: TOGGLE>tg Note: Don't use "TOGGLE>tg" at the same time with GrassChange=1

- Separated LevelChangeBackWait setting to LevelChangeBackUpWait and LevelChangeBackDownWait in the ini.
- Added LevelChangeBackUpAngle setting which should reduce flickering lods while you are looking in the same direction. Level will only be changed back up if your heading angle changes by this amount.
