Clean game save of my female imperial character, no mods used, no extra quests done, little to no looting done in game only looted enemy kills and quest items. Main quest and civil war (imperial) quest complete Level 1 with 21 level ups ready to go. Used mage skills only. Going to make another clean save soon for different race, if anyone has suggestions for one leave comment pls.
