I tried clicking and dragging the VAMD data for the soaps to the right just like the screenshot you've got, but it seemingly only copied over everything BUT the VAMD data portions. Not sure what I was doing wrong here :( I'll have to settle for just manually placing my InnSoap collections on some shelves
Found a way to make it work with D&B; all you need to do is to open the DBM Inn soaps patch in xEdit ->Misc.Item-> From each location Copy VendorItemSoap from "Inn Soap.esp" to "DBM_InnSoap_Patch.esp" and remove "VendorItemIngredient," "VendorItemTool" & "Vendor_Item_Soap".
If you're using "Dirt and Blood Expanded" with "Inn Soaps" by Carboniac and "InnSoaps - Dirt and Blood" by Sakatsuky. Then "BothSoaps_DNBE.esp" from "Dirt and Blood Expanded" should load after "Inn Soaps Display for Legacy of the Dragonborn".
I have the kic version installed and it does not recognize the soaps in my inventory. when i click on the correct spot in the display it tells me i am missing the item.

Just letting you know that Inn Soaps recently updated and, peeking at the two mods in xEdit, it seems like this mod now overwrites the FormID "VendorItemSoap" with "Vendor_Item_Soap". Not quite sure what this conflict means, but just thought I'd point it out.
This patch does not work with the Keep It Clean version of Inn Soaps. The Keep It Clean replacer plugin swaps the miscellaneous item soaps for new ones classified as ingestibles.
On a related note, this breaks the bathing in skyrim version. It's a simple fix though: just need to make sure the misc items have the right keywords from bathing in skyrim: mzinWashPropKeyword and mzinSoapKeyword.
I'm not trying to say that your patch is broken or anything, just that (as you said) it isn't made for the Bathing in Skyrim version of Inn Soaps and that it can prevent you from bathing using the Inn Soaps (at least by activating them in the menu; I didn't test using the hotkey).
My last post was meant as a tip for people who were having the same trouble I was and are willing to make edits themselves. I hope it didn't come off as criticism, or as a demand for a patch, as that's not at all what I meant. Unfortunately, after a good night's sleep, some coffee, and some hindsight, I can see that my post sure does read that way. I'm very sorry for my rudeness!
The mod does not do anything in the bathroom of the safehouse LOTD v5. I Use Keep it Clean and installed the corresponding version of this mod, and Inn Soaps. The stand to put the Inn soaps was there in the previous version of this mod, although it was not possible to get the soaps installed, not manually nor by the auto-sort in the Hall of Heroes. Now the entire stand is gone as well.
