[Author recommended Skyrim.ini settings]
Open-\C\Users\PCUser\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Skyrim.ini
and add the following content.

[Actor]
fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000

[Combat]
fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0
fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0
f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.01

※Unfortunately, Bolt does not have an item to set the launch angle of Bolt at the 3rd person view.
(From https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Skyrim_Configuration_Settings)

Probably, Arrow's launch angle in the 3rd person view is shared with Bolt.

If you set the launch angle in the 3rd person view of Arrow and Bolt to the zero gravity Bolt side, add the following.
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.05

This lowers the launch angle of Arrow and Bolt from the 3rd person view, so I think that using the vanilla Arrow and Bolt will fly at a lower angle than before.

In the 1st person view, the Bolt is fired slightly to the right of Arrow, so hits slightly to the right of Arrow.

[From the author]
I only have Skyrim LE, so this mod is made with LE.

However, my mod is composed only of esp files, so I thought that it could be used in Skyrim SE, so I uploaded the LE version to Nexus as it is.

The esp file seems to be officially announced as "Basically compatible" between Skyrim LE's Form Version 43 and Skyrim SE's Form Version 44.

If you are worried about the warnings from the mod manager, I recommend using SSEEdit or Creation Kit to convert the version of esp file from 43 to 44.

Uploading screenshots and videos to NEXUS or YouTube using my mod is very welcome.m(_ _)m

Mr.mertz
provided us with the "z steel bolt.ini" file.
By placing "z steel bolt.ini" in the same folder as "z steel bolt.esp", there is no need to write directly in Skyrim.ini.

Special thanks to Mr.mertz. (https://www.nexusmods.com/users/413393)
