I follow the philosophy that a modder mods for themselves first and shares their creation with others. As such, a modder may not use every single mod out there that may run into compatibility issues. Odds are, I do not use SkyRe, PerMa, etc etc etc. I do not know if they are compatible or not, either. I will make compatibility patches if I personally use a mod that may clash or if it's not too much effort. Others may make compatibility patches with my permission and review (you must still acquire permission from the other interacting mod's author as well!) and I may post them in Optional Files here with credit in the file's secondary description text. Other mod authors may also make compatibility patches of their own and post them on their own mod pages. In either case if you do, remember proper mod etiquette and make sure your patch is free of Identical-To-Master overrides (ITMs), Unintentionally Deleted Records (UDRs), and Wild Edits. TES5Edit can clean up the former two automatically if you set it up to.
Please do not ask for compatibility patches or if a mod is compatible. Your question will directed to this stickypost. If you have skill with the CK and/or TES5Edit, you can check for yourself if things are compatible, and try your own hand at making a patch. As stated above, I may post it in the Optional Files section.
Do not engage in entitlement attitude and publicly state you will withhold endorsement unless compatibility patches are released or I do some other thing to the mod. Your post will be summarily ignored at minimum. I am far from being the only modder who does not like such demands.
Proper bit of jewellery. Looks very good. Interesting that Alchemy is an available enchantment (fairly limited list) - means I have a daft multiple for alchemy.
Only thing I can't do so far is harden it at either armour table or grindstone.
They can't be improved at the workbench because they aren't armor pieces. Only the Diadem of the Savant is an armor piece. Alchemy is an enchantable effect because circlets can be enchanted with that to begin with.
Yep! Here's your sweet roll. However... a hungry trio of thugs approach you, eyeballing your newly acquired sweet roll, and demand you hand it over. What do you do?
A Bonus question more on the topic at hand to answer: Why "Blood of Shor"?
There is a theory that Ebony, a weird volcanic/metallic glass mineral, is actually the petrified blood of Shor/Lorkhan, due to the highest concentrations of it found around Red Mountain, where the Heart of Lorkhan landed during the Dawn Era.
I was thinking it might be the diamonds that are drops of his blood because of the heart being under a mountain and the pressure to create diamonds. But, the ebony theory makes sense too. I didn't find either explanation though. Only translated then looked up lore on Shor to see if it made sense.
The Diadem can be taken to an armor workbench to be buffed, since it is the only instance affected that is Armor. The Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition patch adds such a COBJ recipe to do so, I copied an override form of it into my module and changed the sole component from a gold ingot to an ebony ingot.

Endorsed.
Blood of Shor Crown?
A Bonus question more on the topic at hand to answer: Why "Blood of Shor"?
Is it because Shor (Lorkhan) is the progenitor of the Nords? Or is there more to it than that?
I didn't find either explanation though. Only translated then looked up lore on Shor to see if it made sense.
Edit: Either way, this looks amazing!
