Grass is really dark with this enb and gets even darker when walking close to it. Any fix?

Hey so I cant find my Skyrim.ini folder anywhere. Do I have to download something to get it? Sorry if this is a dumb issue, I've been modding for a few years now but I'm still learning...  :,)

Depend of your installation, if you use Mod Organizer, you need to use the edit INI option, if not, it is certainly inside your Windows "My games" folder

What's the reason of manually copying the Mod into the root Skyrim folder if deploying thru Vortex should be doing that itself?

And, what is up with Sunrays being images of a spider rabbit?

deploying through vortex don't do that, it only deploy under data. if you see the spider rabbit, it means that you don't copy my file at the right place

"To skyrim folder" should be created in the mod that you will find in your mod manager after finishing installation process
"main skyrim folder" is game folder

    Hi Sthaagg

I've installed this alongside ELE (as part of a Wabbajack mod list), and everything seems to work properly, except for one thing
Darkness (outdoors at night, inside caves and such) is very dark, and using a night eye effect does practically nothing
Could this be due to some installation or configuration error? could you give me some advice in trying to fix this issue?

You can choose brighter night during installation. If you use CW you can set brighter night (it tooks few seconds to change).

      Thanks for the reply

While I realize I can change the nights, I am specifically curious about how to make night eye effects work properly
From your description, they are supposed to work with this mod, so I assume they should allow you to see in dark areas correctly, but for me they don't improve anything

Changing nights to be brighter wouldn't affect interiors like caves, which would still be almost pitch black at parts, which is why I'm really trying to fix night eye, not the overall darkness of nights or interiors

You can use brighter interior option and CW MCM settings to make them brighter.

About night eye, predator vision make it configurable, it is the better way to configure it.

I'll try predator vision, and keep both brighter options in mind
Definitely an issue on my end, relying on the Wabbajack installation without seeing the configurations used......

Thank you very much for your help :)

Nice performance ENB but I have a problem with overly bright snowy interior. Others encounter this before I believe, but the instructions are kinda vague.

Reduce pointing light is not vague, you literally reduce the lights coming from specific points. Think of it as the lamp inside the object, making the light effect around it. Just dim it in the settings. You pull enb settings up with shift+enter and then go to the tab environment, there are settings for ambient lighting, pointlighting etc. Play around with it, don't forget to press save changes instead of apply up top to see the changes, for some reason apply just removes the settings you just changed. Good luck, you can really make enb's look completely look like you want them if you learn to work enb.

This ENB is perfect, except for the overly bright snowy interior. I tried everything and the only thing that worked is installing ELE. However that has it's own issues, which make it unsuitable for my LO. Does anyone know a way to properly fix it without adding a mod like ELE, that changes a lot of other things (many conflicts) as well?

This enb is designed to be run with ele. If you use Lux you can give a try to the new one.

you can try to reduce pointing light

Hey, I love your enb! I have a problem however, which I cannot resolve from few days - distant objects during dusk / foggy weather / rain are grayish without any contrast enabled. I use obsidian weathers. Without enb enabled, it works fine. How can I fix that?

It is because the enb is mostly designed for CW.
You should be able to fix that by playing with fog curve / intensity under environment in ENB GUI weather panel (the one on the right)

I have about 3000 hours on Skyrim(LE+SE), and sir, this is the best enb I ever used.
