You could try ReWASD, I have been using it for a few years now and love it. They have a trial version I think. At least they did back when I first bought it. I bought the full package, and still think it was worth it. I also find using the Stadia controller to pair nicely since it has extra buttons that can be remapped. Plus it is just a great controller and you can turn on bluetooth.
don't know why this mod doesn't get more attention there should be more mods like this. which make skipping time more immersive. like meditate at a fireplace. does this work with nemesis instead of fnis?
I can confirm it does work with Nemesis. However I am unsure if it will cause any problems in the future, for I have just started using it. But for now I can confirm it works.

when i push the hotkey i sit down, as shown, but right before the waiting menu pops up, my character springs up, and after selecting the wait time, he goes back down. please help. im using nemesis, but have tested with fnis and same thing happens
If your using skyrim souls unpaused menu then it doesnt work. the animation is just for a short time. im currently finding a mod that only enables unpaused menu for favourite menu and inventory, any help would be appreciated.
Great work. Especially in pair with Skyrim Souls RE - Updated. I have an idea though. Is it possible to implement Real Time Waiting mod in yours? Meaning you choose how much time you need to wait then all menus disappear and time speeds up and you see how day changes around you. I know that RTW's author warns that speeding up the game can break it. But just think what level of immersion that kind of mod would add. Anyway, thanks for sharing your work.
