Immersive Loading Screen Tips
A small mod that helps you, the player, to forget (as much as possible) that you are playing a game, replacing some of the vanilla loading screen tips, to something that resembles lore- friendly facts, without changing the actual meaning and reason of the orginal tip.

Requierments.
  • Nothing more than the Skyrim Special Edition.

Installation.
  • Download with your favourite Mod Manager and install it as any other mod, simple and fast.

Uninstallation.
  • Safe to uninstall during your playthrough, it will leave no trace behind, although I can't see any reason why you wouldn't want the mod enabled.

Overview

If you are like me and you are fond of playing the game with as less intrusiveness as possible, which constantly reminds you, you're in a game then you must have been bothered with several tips that come with the base game, which clearly state that you can do certain things as a player, and not as a Dragonborn.

Examples (Vanilla):
  • After you use a Shout power, the compass outline will glow brightly. It fades from the center, indicating the time until you can Shout again.
  • When sneaking, if the eye is partially open, someone is searching for you. If it is fully open, they have found you.
  • Combat difficulty can be modified at any time - even in the middle of battle - in the Gameplay section of the Settings screen.

As you can understand this kind of tips is a constant reminder that you are not part of the world, and that is the reason you need
Immersive Loading Screen Tips. 58 of these tips have been changed to resemble advices, or just small dictums.

Examples (Loading Screen Tips):
  • When a Dragonborn uses their Shout power, they need some time to recharge their inner strength in order to perform a Shout again.
  • When sneaking, most rogues can feel a partially opened eye searching for them. They can also understand when the eye opens... they have beed found.
  • Some adventurers may find themselves struggling during their quests against enemies. They have the ability to modify their enemies' powers to make their time and fighting easier.

Compatibility.
  • The mod is compatible with every other mod, even those that alter the loading screens, in fact it would be nice if you would use some of those mods, that add fan art, or concept art to feel like you're reading a book, rather than seeing 3D pics for eight straight years.
  • A version for T3nd0's Skyrim SE Redone is available in the files.
  • A version for Andromeda - Unique Standing Stones of Skyrim is available in the files.
  • A version for Imperious - Races of Skyrim is available in the files.
  • A version for The Curse is available in the files.

Load Order.

Recommandations.
  • Clean Menu -> Removes Intro, Smoke and Unnecessary Buttons from the Main Menu
  • Ultimate Lore Loading Screens -> New  loading screens with concept art from many artists and with lore information from the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages
  • Immersive The Elder Scrolls Lore Loading Screen -> Loading screen replacer with official Elder Scrolls artworks by Bethesda/Zenimax. Filling with rich, obscure lore information.
  • Font Overhaul -> Replaces all common interface fonts with more visually pleasing and realistic ones while maintaining a "lore friendly" feel. Different fonts for books, notes, and the UI
  • Main Font Replacement -> Replaces the Vanilla font used in Skyrim's UI interface. Several Choices to choose from.
  • Your Own Thoughts -> Changes the main game, DLCs and many other mods messages and notifications from second person into First person to make things more immersive.

Future Development

  • I am interested to develop the mod further, any recommendations, constructive criticism and more ideas are more than welcome.

  • Also I am aware that there are some mods, that change some of the tips I have changed, in order to make them in line with the changes implemented by them, so if you find some of those mods and would like me to make different versions of my tips, to reflect these changes let me know.

  • If there is higher concern I think I will be able to enhacne all the tips shown during loading screens to complete the feeling that you're part of the world.

  • Last but not least english is not my native language, so if you find any typos, grammtical errors, or anything that needs fixing please point it, and I will fix it.
