Patch which allows COTN, ETaC, and NSUTR play well together. Order tested: NSUTR; ETaC; COTN; COTN - ETaC; ETaC - NSUTR; COTN - ETaC - NSUTR. Any sensible order should work so long as NSUTR comes first. COTN - NSUTR patch no longer needed.
