The spells are:
Speedster (Expert) - increase your movement speed by 70%
Messiah (Adept) - waterwalking
Fall Out (Expert) - immunity to fall damage
Hard Pick (Expert) - unbreakable lockpicks
All spells have base duration of 60 seconds and are from alteration school. I made all of them expert or below skill level for those who do not want to do the Alteration Ritual Spell.
