This mod changes the playable races' appearance into Argonians. This mod affects children as well. Dragons are NOT affected, despite being named Lizards of Skyrim.

PREFACE
Hello. This is a version of Lizards of Skyrim, repacked and made to work properly with Skyrim Special Edition.
You may notice that this file is 55+MB compressed and over 500 MB uncompressed. That's because SkyrimSE really hate if it doesn't having proper FaceGen Data, and instead of a slight color discrepancy, the model's head is almost completely black. I had no choice but to export the FaceGen Data for EVERY single NPC that exists in Skyrim, which explains the size of this download. Because of this, it is unfortunate but this mod probably won't show up on the consoles, at least until I can figure a way to remove this face bug without exporting all the FaceGen Data.
I don't know how this will affect compability with other mods to be placed atop of this, but the FaceGen Data is located inside the .BSA file of this mod incase you want to unpack and/or fiddle with it.
COPY PASTE FROM OLD MOD
This is a variation of my mod Cats of Skyrim, however there is a few differences. Children now kept their default citizen clothes since default children clothes works well enough on Argonians, unlike Khajiits.
What has changed:
-All playable races looks like argonians.
-Hair and beard have been removed from new argonians.
What hasn't changed:
-Existing argonians are unchanged.
-Monsters, Animals, Dremoras and Undead are untouched.
-Racial skills and traits remains unaltered.
-Text and voice are the same.
