This mod changes the playable races' appearance into khajiits. This mod affects children as well. All racials traits and skills remains and the facial features including hair, beards and facemarks are carried over from the previous looks.

PREFACE
Hello. This is a version of Cats of Skyrim, repacked and made to work properly with Skyrim Special Edition.
You may notice that this file is 140+MB compressed and over 800 MB uncompressed. That's because SkyrimSE really hate if it doesn't having proper FaceGen Data, and instead of a slight color discrepancy, the model's head is almost completely black. I had no choice but to export the FaceGen Data for EVERY single NPC that exists in Skyrim, which explains the size of this download. Because of this, it is unfortunate but this mod probably won't show up on the consoles, at least until I can figure a way to remove this face bug without exporting all the FaceGen Data.
I don't know how this will affect compability with other mods to be placed atop of this, but the FaceGen Data is located inside the .BSA file of this mod incase you want to unpack and/or fiddle with it.

What has changed:
-All playable races looks like khajiits.
-Children wear different clothes to accomodate beast body.
What hasn't changed:
-Existing khajiits are unchanged.
-Monsters, Animals, Dremoras and Undead are untouched.
-Racial skills and traits remains unaltered.
-Hair and beard are still on the non-native khajiits.
-Text and voice are the same.
