Simply removes enemy markers from the compass. Optional version that also removes the "stealth eye".

Remove Enemies from Compass
(+Optional No Stealth Eye)

Simply removes enemy markers from the compass.
Optional version that also removes the "stealth eye".
The "Hidden" and "Detected" text will still show to let you know your stealth status.
This exists because I don't want to install larger UI overhauls just to tweak 1-2 things.
Maybe others feel the same. Those overhauls are still awesome.
Survival Mode compatible.
Obviously not compatible with any other mods editing the hudmenu file.
